Pictures posted on this website have been optimised for viewing on the web and do not fully reflect the quality of the finished print or digital file that you will receive.

Prints

All are digitally printed on photographic quality paper. Lo-res JPEGs Lo-resolution pictures (800 x 600 pixels) are delivered by email and are suitable for viewing on a computer screen. Ideal for desktop wallpaper, screensavers or for sharing with friends via email. Lo-res files are not suitable for printing. Hi-res JPEGs Hi-Resolution pictures are suitable for printing (up to A4) on a photo-quality inkjet or similarly capable printer. Dispatched via email they have a file-size of around 1MB. Please beware: many email systems (such as Hotmail and large office systems) do not allow pictures or large file attachments, so please be sure you give us an appropriate address to avoid disappointment. If unsure, choose for your Hi-res pictures to be delivered on CD (however an additional packing & postage fee applies)

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with (Unforgettable Events) product, we will gladly replace or item it if returned to us within 15 working days. Prints: All pictures are digitally printed on photographic quality paper and dispatched within two weeks of your order being received.

Watermarks:

Pictures posted on this website may have watermarks attached. These do not appear on the final print you receive.

Ordering offline

To order offline, print out this form (mail-form link) and mail it to us with your cheque or money order. Our address is on the form If ordering with your credit card, you can fax this form with your credit card details, however we recommend that you do not post it in case it is lost.

Packing & Postage

A handling fee will is charged in the checkout if you order prints or CDs: $12.95 for delivery in Australia and $29.95 for rest of the world. How long does it take? Prints and CDs are sent via Australia Post within 14 working days Digital files are sent via email within 14 working days. Will the print or image-file I order look like the one on my screen?

All prints purchased on this site are printed to the highest professional photo-finishing standards. Pictures posted on this site have been optimized for viewing over the Internet and do not reflect the quality of the final print.

Is online ordering safe?

When you place orders with us the information is processed by our bank through industry-standard transaction-handling systems - we do not see your credit card details. These systems meet or exceed our bank's requirements for data protection. All credit card transactions take place via an SSL-enabled secure server.
